Under Rule 43(b) of the Uniform Rules engrossment of the above bill has been waived and the certified amendments are attached. Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendments. The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendments? Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause.
